In collaboration with the New York marketing team, these posters were created to highlight the five MHE core values for the year, #delivervalue, #stretchforward, #ownit, #delivervalue, #wintogether. The intent was to provide an engaging way for the employees to interact with the posters to “Shout-Out” colleagues who displayed these qualities throughout the year. Durable Post-It notes were provided nearby at strategic areas around the global offices so employees could add their messages for the appropriate core value directly on the posters.
